This is an unissued M7 Bayonet still in the factory packaging. Boxes are 1967 dated or 1969/1970 dated. The M7 bayonet will fit AR-15 and M-16 rifles as well as some military shotguns. Manufacturers vary and cannot be determined without opening the package, This is for the bayonet only, no scabbard is included.
